We met Landree when she represented us as a buyer's agent to purchase our home this August. She showed us 5 condominiums before we found the one that we wanted. She was always nice and calm through the process and was prepared with the information we needed. She knew about the condo developments and their issues with special assessments. All of this helped us pull the trigger and write a contract on the home we purchased. We did have somewhat complicated negotiations that Landree handled with the seller and their realtor. The concessions that she worked out helped us complete our purchase. We appreciate her and will definitely recommend her to anyone looking to purchase around The Lake of the Ozarks.
